Christopher Mallery began his career in the restaurant industry at an early age where he quickly advanced by gaining hands-on experience across multiple operational roles. This early exposure helped shape his practical understanding of business operations and leadership. He went on to attend Western Carolina University, further strengthening his analytical and organizational skill set.

Following his time in hospitality, Christopher joined Accurate Payroll and Bookkeeping Services, where he focused on sales development and operational strategy. Working closely with small business owners deepened his appreciation for entrepreneurship and highlighted the need for reliable, end-to-end financial and operational support.

In 2017, leveraging his diverse background and hands-on experience, Christopher founded Top 2 Bottom Business Solutions to provide comprehensive business support services designed to help small and growing companies operate more efficiently and scale with confidence.

Cassia Keis is the Director of Business Development, providing support for both franchise and small business efforts and solutions at Top 2 Bottom Business Solutions. She works closely with Gretchen in building standardized bookkeeping systems for franchise brands, while also leading the efforts in building unique bookkeeping processes for small business owners.

With a background in B2B sales, Cassia’s approach has always centered on uncovering the specific needs of each brand/business: listening first, supporting and educating clearly, and aligning solutions that truly fit. Rather than a one-size-fits-all model, she is passionate about helping business owners understand their options and make informed decisions that support long-term growth.

Cassia began her career as the Office Manager for a franchise, helping open and operate that home services company from the ground up. For four years, she was involved in every aspect of the business, including bookkeeping/financial organization, gaining firsthand experience in the realities of entrepreneurship from startup challenges to day-to-day operations. That experience shaped her passion for helping business owners navigate the critical early years and build sustainable, thriving businesses within a franchise system.

Gretchen Johnson is a bookkeeping and financial operations specialist supporting franchisors and franchisees across the U.S. in her role at Top 2 Bottom Business Solutions. With a strong focus on building standardized bookkeeping systems for franchise brands, Gretchen works closely with founders, operations teams, and new franchise owners to create scalable financial infrastructure from day one.

Before entering the franchise space, Gretchen spent several years in direct B2C sales, where she honed her skills in relationship-building, consultative selling, and delivering tailored solutions. She brings that same service-driven mindset to her work today helping growing brands streamline back-office processes and improve financial clarity.

Gretchen holds the Certified Franchise Executive (CFE) designation, reflecting her deep commitment to the franchise industry and her understanding of its unique challenges. Whether collaborating with emerging franchisors or supporting multi-unit operators, she is passionate about making accounting approachable and empowering leaders with the financial insight they need to succeed.

Crystal Payseur is a Senior Accounting Manager for the franchise-based team and has been with Top 2 Bottom for more than 10 years. She began her career with Top 2 Bottom in its early stages and has been an integral part of our growth and evolution into the organization we are today.

With a bachelor’s degree in marketing and nearly two decades of management experience, Crystal has built a career centered on leadership and operational excellence. She has extensive experience supporting franchise clients and managing teams of multiple individuals, with a strong emphasis on accountability, collaboration, and client satisfaction.

Throughout her tenure, she has successfully mentored and developed team members, guiding many into advanced and leadership roles within the organization.
